Returns & Exchanges
We’re a small business that makes each piece with love and care. While we currently do not accept returns, we do offer size exchanges for eligible products and strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — we offer a one-time size exchange for full-priced products.
To request an exchange:

Email us at support@littleimli.com with the subject line:
“Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”
within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

We will arrange a reverse pickup.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the requested size (subject to availability).
Not looking to exchange?
If you’d prefer not to exchange immediately, we can issue a credit note for the product value (valid for 6 months).
Please note:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Once we receive and verify the item, the credit note will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
What is not eligible for exchange or return?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Discounted or sale items

Worn or washed garments
-
Accessories
-
Customized orders
Do you offer refunds?
As a growing business, we’re currently unable to process refunds except in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
-
You received the wrong item
In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
