These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.littleimli.in and all related services and content offered by Little Imli, a kids' apparel brand owned and operated by Doodles Label.

By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our website.

1. General Overview

  • The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Little Imli.
  • These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors.
  • We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

3. Products and Services

  • All our products are designed and manufactured in small batches, with attention to detail.
  • We strive to accurately represent all products through photos and descriptions. However, due to screen variations or hand-finished elements, there may be slight differences in color or print placement.
  • Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
  • We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other trusted gateways.
  • Once placed, orders cannot be modified or merged. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship within India.
  • Standard delivery time is 5–8 working days, depending on your location.
  • Free shipping may apply above a minimum order value (displayed at checkout).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to help if issues arise.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We’re a small business and make each piece with love and care. Currently, we do not accept returns, but we offer size exchanges for eligible products.

Exchanges are possible if:

  • Requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The garment is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Reverse pickup is available at your location, or you can courier it back to us.

Please Note:
Items on sale, discounted prices, or custom orders are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges are valid once per order.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing by writing to us at support@littleimli.in.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected on our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will never sell or misuse your data.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party tools (like Shopify, Razorpay, Google Analytics) to improve your experience. These tools may collect limited data to help us serve you better.
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked on our platform.

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:
